Job Title: Lawn Maintenance/Landscape Laborer
Job Summary: Responsible for performing top notch landscape services to our customers in a safe and orderly manner. 

Experience not necessary. Will train the right person!

Essential Job Functions:

• Report at designated start time and location to review schedule/route
• Mow grass using commercial mowing equipment
• Edge curbs and walks using weedeater
• Cleanup of clients property using backpack blower
• Bed and pavement weed control
• Pruning of shrubs and trees
• Soil preparation for flower and plant installation
• Installation of flowers, trees and shrubs upon customers request
• Cleanup of all beds during spring season
• Edge Beds
• Apply Mulch to landscape bedding
• Fall Cleanup of leaves, perennials and debris
• Load/unload equipment into trucks and trailers
• Secure equipment for transport to properties
• Clean trucks and equipment 
• General equipment maintenance
• Ability to work overtime and into weekend if needed
• Carry a 20 lb. backpack blower on your back
• Able to lift up to 70 lb. retaining block
• Able to lift and move wheelbarrow

Technical Skills:

• Train to use various tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, backpack blowers, string trimmer, edger, pruners, handsaw, rakes, shovels, etc.
